Leander “Lee” Dixon serves as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of The King Law Group, LLC, where he oversees the firm’s operational infrastructure, financial strategy, and long‑range organizational development. With a background spanning corporate finance, compliance, data analysis, and executive‑level leadership, Lee plays a central role in advancing the firm’s mission and supporting the Managing Partner’s vision for excellence.
Lee develops and implements strategic business plans, directs financial planning and investments, and ensures that the firm’s daily operations align with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. He is responsible for building and mentoring a high‑performing team, optimizing internal workflows, and strengthening the firm’s public and professional presence. His leadership extends to maintaining trusted relationships with attorneys, clients, judges, magistrates, and community partners.

Lee is recognized for his strategic communication, analytical depth, and ability to guide organizations through growth, transition, and complex operational challenges. His work ensures that the firm delivers exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Lee began his career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as the Non‑Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Supply Accounting Division. He oversaw more than $130 million in annual aviation supply assets, trained over 100 personnel, and managed mission‑critical accounting operations with precision and discipline—experience that continues to shape his leadership philosophy.

Before joining The King Law Group, Lee held senior positions across the corporate and financial sectors, including Director of Finance & Operations for Hunter Marketing, Program Manager for Big Lots Headquarters, and Global Financial Crimes Compliance Investigator for JPMorgan Chase. His experience includes AML compliance, SEC/SOX reporting, enterprise‑level risk mitigation, acquisitions, and large‑scale operational management.
